Pastors Tom and Jocelyn moved from New Zealand to the Kerr family’s Canadian origins in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada to follow the call of God on their lives.

Operating in the anointings of kings and priests, Pastors Tom and Jocelyn have worked in the business sector for many years as well as in the church community, founding this church in March 2003.
With the same vision of equipping and mobilizing believers with the Word of God’s power as Pastors Peter and Bev Mortlock of City Impact Church Auckland, New Zealand, they have forged a mutually beneficial affiliation. Maintaining this New Zealand connection from the Far North East enables both churches to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ from pole to pole with greater impact.
