At City Impact Church we believe in declaring and decreeing (speaking out loud with authority) what God says in His Word about things. By doing this we change and renew our minds to think what God thinks about those things. Also it is using God’s Word as a creative force to change those things to line up with how God says they should be.
“Decree a thing and it shall be established unto you”
