Pastor Tom moves in the anointing of both priest (Christian minister/mentor) and king (business person). Having had his own businesses, he has moved in commercial and government circles for many years so he knows what it is like to contend with clients, staff, suppliers and both good and not so good economies.
Knowing the long hours and isolation felt by so many small business owners, Tom identified with the need and decided to get out there into the market place again to come alongside many of the business people he once worked and traded with. Often just a ‘chance’ dropping by an office with two cups of coffee in hand leads to an unbiased opinion or simply a word of encouragement at a very appropriate time.
